Can I sign up for LekhaHR today?
LekhaHR is available by invitation: request an invite and we reply by email with your setup. There is no self-serve sign-up, free plan or trial. Tell us your team size and the tool you use now, and a person reads every request.
What happens after I request an invite?
A person at LekhaHR reads your request and replies by email. The reply covers your setup: your people, your leave and attendance policies, moving from your current tool, and the bill for your headcount and plan.
Who can request an invite?
Any company in India with two or more employees. LekhaHR is built for small teams, so a founder running HR for five people is as welcome as an HR lead for two hundred. Tell us your team size and the tool or spreadsheet you use today.
What does LekhaHR cost for an invited team?
Invited teams pay per active employee a month, with no base fee and no minimum. Operations is ₹79 per employee for the first 25 on annual billing, before GST, and the rate falls in bands above that. There is no charge for requesting an invite.
Can you help us move from Keka, greytHR or a spreadsheet?
Yes, we help invited teams get set up. You bring your export as it is, map its columns to LekhaHR once, review only the rows that differ, and run one month side by side before you switch. Your history and opening balances come across with each person.
What details do you need?
Your name, work email and company are required; your team size, the tool you use now and a short message help us reply. We use these details only to reply to your request, and nothing is stored by this form: it opens an email for you to send.
