Does Keka publish its prices?
No plan price. Keka publishes two starting prices and its plan names, and its two pages disagree on the setup fee.

Ask for the price per employee a month on Foundation, Strength or Growth, whichever has the modules on your list, not the starting price.

Ask whether a minimum number of employees or a minimum monthly total is billed, and what a team below it pays.

When should you stay on Keka?
Stay on Keka if
- your quote is lower per person than LekhaHR at your headcount, after the setup fee;
- you use Keka’s hiring or timesheet products alongside HR;
- you rely on OKRs, workflow automation or the custom report builder in Growth;
- you are part-way through the financial year and want one payroll system until 31 March.
LekhaHR fits instead if
- you want a published price you can check before anyone calls you;
- you have 2 to 50 people and want attendance, leave and payroll on one monthly bill;
- you want no minimum and no base fee;

How much does Keka cost per employee?
Keka publishes a starting price of ₹90 per employee a month, and ₹6,999 a month for its complete HR stack. It does not publish the price of each plan, the minimum or the billing cycle, so the rate for your team comes from a quote (Keka pricing and small-companies pages, read 19 Oct 2026).
Does Keka charge a setup fee?
Keka’s pricing page FAQ says “a nominal setup fee applies” to cover onboarding; its small-companies page says there are no setup fees. Neither gives an amount, so ask for it on the quote.
Does Keka have a free plan or a free trial?
Keka’s plans show a free trial; no free plan is listed. LekhaHR has no free plan either; every team starts with a 30-day free trial, no card needed.
What are Keka’s plans?
Keka’s HR plans are Foundation, Strength and Growth. Foundation lists core HR, leave, attendance, shifts and overtime, payroll with statutory compliance and expenses; Strength adds advanced onboarding and e-signature; Growth adds OKRs, performance and workflow automation. Is Keka cheaper than LekhaHR?
