What an invited team gets
What does an invited team get?
The whole suite on its plan. Operations covers employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding and exits, approvals and reports; Business adds expenses, performance, timesheets and the API. Both are priced per active employee a month with no minimum: ₹99 per employee for the first 25 on Operations, billed monthly, before GST, after a 30-day free trial.

What happens after I request an invite?
A person at LekhaHR reads your request and replies by email, with any questions about your team and the bill for your headcount and plan. If LekhaHR fits your team, the reply carries your invite. Requesting an invite costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Who can request an invite?
Any company in India with two or more employees. LekhaHR is built for small teams, so a founder running HR for five people is as welcome as an HR lead for two hundred. Tell us your team size and the tool or spreadsheet you use today.
What does LekhaHR cost for an invited team?
Invited teams pay per active employee a month, with no base fee and no minimum. Operations is ₹99 per employee for the first 25, billed monthly, before GST, and the rate falls in bands above that. There is no charge for requesting an invite.
Can we move from Keka, greytHR or a spreadsheet?
Yes. You bring your export or spreadsheet as it is, check the columns LekhaHR matches, decide only the rows that need a decision, and run one month side by side before anyone is paid from LekhaHR. Each person's record, pay so far this tax year and leave balances come across; past payslips and returns already filed stay in the old tool. The Keka and greytHR pages show each step.
What details do you need?
Your name, work email and company. Job title, phone, team size, the tool you use now and a short message are optional and help us reply. The form sends your request to the LekhaHR team as an email, which is the only copy kept, and we use the details only to reply to you, by email.
